About this hotel
Set on the banks of the Munde stream, King Lewanika Lodge is scheduled to open in mid-2017. Just six luxury villas have been carefully designed to make the most of the sweeping vistas from this tranquil and secluded spot. Raised on wooden platforms, the lodges mimic the vast expanse of the Liuwa plains with an open and airy design. Modern and sleek, yet perfectly in tune with their setting, the villas will be open in the front to make the most of the spectacular views. Each villa will feature a comfortable lounge, a spacious bathroom with an outdoor shower and a wide terrace from which to marvel at the views.
Guests will be able to choose from day and night game drives, as well as guided walks. The rainy season, between December and March, will also bring opportunities for boating and canoeing.
