Arrive in Arusha Airport and be warmly welcomed by your safari guide. Transfer to your Hotel near Arusha for some rest and acclimatization. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore the hotel surroundings, enjoy a drink, or simply relax and take in the views of Tanzania’s lush landscapes. Overnight at Arusha Serena Hotel
After your first breakfast of Safari, Travel south to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and abundant birdlife. Enjoy an afternoon game drive as you search for lions, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest. The park’s scenic landscapes and quieter wilderness provide a peaceful start to your safari. Depart Tarangire and journey toward the Central Serengeti, the heart of Tanzania’s iconic wildlife reserve. Enter the vast plains and enjoy your first game drive in the Serengeti, spotting lions lounging under acacia trees, zebras grazing in herds, and wildebeest roaming the savannah. Overnight at Mbuzi Mawe Serena camp
Travel further north into the Northern Serengeti, a prime area for predator-prey action and the Great Migration. Spend the day on extended game drives, tracking lions, leopards, cheetahs, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras crossing the plains and rivers. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild for a truly immersive experience.
Spend a full day exploring the Northern Serengeti. Witness the drama of the African savannah as predators chase prey, elephants move gracefully across the plains, and towering giraffes roam between acacia trees. Depending on the season, you may see spectacular wildebeest river crossings, one of nature’s most incredible spectacles.
Leave the Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. The route offers beautiful scenery and the chance for additional wildlife sightings along the way. Arrive at your lodge near Ngorongoro, where you can relax and enjoy the highland views. Overnight Naserian Safari camp
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wildlife habitats. The crater floor is home to dense wildlife populations, including elephants, lions, black rhinos, zebras, and flamingos. Enjoy a full day of game drives in this dramatic volcanic caldera before returning to Arusha Serena Hotel e in the evening.
After breakfast, your safari concludes with a transfer to Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport for your onward journey. Depart with unforgettable memories of Tanzania’s sweeping plains, rich wildlife, and spectacular landscapes.
