Itinerary

Embark on an early morning journey to Samburu Game Reserve, enjoying a picnic lunch en-route and engaging in an afternoon or evening game drive.

Renowned for its stunning landscapes and rich biodiversity, Samburu Game Reserve is home to indigenous wildlife, including African Elephants, unique species of Zebras, and the majestic Masai Giraffes. Recharge with dinner and spend the night at a campsite or lodge within the reserve.

Dedicate the entire day to the exploration of this remarkable game reserve, offering a refreshing and less-populated environment. Samburu Game Reserve boasts a diverse array of wildlife, including the iconic big five (Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Leopard, Buffalo), Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Somali Ostrich, Gravy Zebra, Besia Oryx, Endangered Wild Dog, and the endangered Pun cake Tortoise.

Additionally, the park is a haven for bird enthusiasts, with over 450 bird species identified, including vultures, kingfishers, marabous, bateleurs, guinea fowl, Somali ostriches, and more. Engage in a full-day game drive to witness the richness of the reserve's flora and fauna.

Dinner and overnight at a campsite or lodge within the reserve.

Embark on an early morning journey to Aberdare National Park, enjoying the scenic drive through the central Kenya highlands. Along the way, take breaks to admire the picturesque tea and coffee plantations. Make a noteworthy stop at Karatina to explore and experience the largest open-air market in East Africa.

Aberdare National Park is a habitat for various wildlife, including elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs, and bushbucks, among others. Rare and elusive species such as the Giant Forest hog, bongo, golden cat, serval cat, African wild cat, African civet cat, and the blue duiker are also occasionally sighted.

Dinner and overnight at a campsite or lodge within Aberdare National Park.

Following breakfast, embark on a journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. Situated southwards of Bogoria, this renowned park encompasses the Rift Valley's most famous lake, Lake Nakuru.

Globally celebrated for its flamingoes, the alkaline lake is acknowledged as one of the natural wonders of the world. Lake Nakuru is currently a rhino sanctuary, providing a home for over 40 black rhinos and 60 white rhinos. The flamingos, with their mesmerizing presence, have always been the primary attraction. At times, the lake may host nearly 2 million flamingos, creating a breathtaking deep pink band along the lake's shoreline.

Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and proceed with an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at a campsite or lodge within Lake Nakuru National Park.

Embark on an early morning drive to the iconic Masai Mara National Reserve. This reserve stands as one of the last sanctuaries on the planet where wildlife thrives undisturbed, reminiscent of the numbers that once freely roamed the African plains and forests.

Positioned at the northern extremity of the expansive Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara plays host to the awe-inspiring seasonal migration of thousands of Wildebeest, Zebras, and their accompanying predators. Arrive in the reserve in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive to explore the rich biodiversity of this remarkable wildlife haven.

Dinner and overnight accommodation will be provided at a campsite or lodge within Masai Mara National Reserve.

Following breakfast, embark on an exhilarating full-day game drive in the expansive Masai Mara National Reserve. Packed lunch will be provided for your day-long adventure. The reserve is renowned for its majestic black-manned lions, along with a thriving population of diverse wildlife. It stands out as one of the select few places where encountering the renowned big five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros—is a distinct possibility during a morning game drive.

The cheetahs in the area are known for their remarkable tameness, often seeking shade beneath vehicles, and some even ascend to the roofs to obtain a better vantage point for spotting potential prey. Bird enthusiasts can revel in the presence of nearly 500 recorded species, including 16 eagle species, numerous hawks and falcons, 6 vulture species, 8 stork species, 4 bustard species (including the Kori bustard, the world's heaviest flying bird), and 9 sunbird species.

As the day unfolds, immerse yourself in the captivating wildlife and diverse birdlife of Masai Mara, concluding with dinner and overnight accommodation at a campsite or lodge within the reserve.

Embark on a morning game drive in the enchanting Masai Mara to capture the essence of its wildlife. Afterward, commence your journey back to Nairobi, departing later in the morning and anticipating an arrival at around 5 pm.

Enjoy lunch on the way. This marks the conclusion of the provided services. If you have any further inquiries or require assistance, feel free to ask. Safe travels!
