Itinerary

Commence your adventure with an early morning pick-up, setting out for Lake Nakuru National Park. As you journey southwards from the equator, you'll reach the renowned Lake Nakuru, nestled within the Rift Valley. This alkaline lake is globally acclaimed for its flamingo population, standing as one of the natural wonders of the world.

Lake Nakuru has transformed into a rhino sanctuary, providing a home for over 40 black rhinos and over 60 white rhinos. While the rhinos are a significant attraction, the flamingos remain the primary highlight. The lake's shores are often adorned with nearly 2 million flamingos, creating a breathtakingly beautiful deep pink band. Arrive in time for lunch and embark on an afternoon game drive.

Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at a campsite or lodge.

Embark on an early morning journey to the Masai Mara National Reserve, a haven that persists as one of the last places on Earth where wildlife thrives relatively undisturbed, echoing the numbers that once freely roamed the plains and forests of Africa.

Positioned at the northern tip of the expansive Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara plays host to the breathtaking seasonal migration of numerous Wildebeest, Zebras, and their accompanying predators. Arrive in time for lunch and indulge in an afternoon game drive.

Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at a campsite or lodge.

Following breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch provided. The reserve is renowned for its black-manned lions and boasts abundant resident wildlife, making it one of the rare places where encountering the big five during a morning game drive is possible. Some cheetahs in the area are remarkably tame, seeking shade beneath vehicles to escape the hot sun. Interestingly, a few even climb onto the roof to get a better view of potential prey.

For bird enthusiasts, the reserve offers a diverse range of species, with almost 500 recorded. This includes 16 species of eagles, along with many hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks, 4 species of bustards (including the Kori bustard, the world's heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sunbirds.

Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at a campsite or lodge.

Embark on a morning game drive in the Mara, capturing the last moments of wildlife in this spectacular reserve. Depart in the late morning for Nairobi, with an anticipated arrival around 5 pm. Enjoy lunch en route.

This marks the end of our services, concluding a memorable safari experience in the renowned Maasai Mara National Reserve.
