There are many other ocean-related activities on offer if diving’s not for you; try your hand at wake boarding or game fishing and explore the local mangrove forests on a kayaking adventure. Back on dry land, you’ll find the retreat’s beachfront restaurant serving traditional Zanzibari specialities with an international touch, and there are three bars to choose from, too.
